They have three adult children living and working in the area.

Tom Shipe came to real estate from a career in the corporate world and service in the Air Force. He has built a top producing real estate business here in Northern Virginia over the last 15 years, which has included management roles at Long & Foster as the need arose. Tom recently returned to the classroom to gain his senior real estate specialist (SRES) certificate and now spends much of his time serving senior’s in downsizing, relocation and Aging In Place.
